About the role

Selling New or Used vehicles, once established you will largely have full autonomy of your day to manage your sales leads and appointments. You may go to a client's home to demonstrate a vehicle or negotiate a sale with an out of town client over the phone, one thing for sure no two days are never the same.
Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the right used car within their budget.
  2. Showcase vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Conduct test drives to provide customers with an immersive experience and help them make informed decisions.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  6. Handle negotiations and guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, warranties, and other additional services.
  7. Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Always maintain a professional and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Skills and traits:

  • You will have the ability to give a high level of customer service
  • You can relate quickly to a wide range of people
  • You will understand the sales process
  • You will back yourself to identify a potential sale
  • Applicants for this position must have NZ residency
  • A clean, full NZ Driver’s license
